Linear shale shaker is used to select and classify the powdery and granular materials, which is widely used in plastic, abrasive, chemical, medicine, building material, food, carbon, fertilizer and other industries. The installation and maintenance of linear shale shaker are very important and should be paid much attention. In my last update, I have introduced the installation of linear shale shaker, today, I will continue to introduce the maintenance of linear shale shaker.

About the daily maintenance, first before the start, the operator should check whether the screen is broken or not, and then check whether the transport supporting is demolished or not. Second, during the start, the operator should notice whether there is abnormal noise or not, and then check whether the electric current is stable or not, finally check whether the shaking is normal or not. Finally, after using every time, the operator must clean the shaker at once.

About the periodic maintenance, first the operator should check whether the screen and spring are old and broken or not at regular intervals. Then the operator should check whether the body parts is broken or not because of the strong shaking and add the lubricating oil where needed.
