Desander is the third phase solids control equipment in the drilling fluids recycling system, and it can be combined with desilter for the drilling fluids treatment. The most common desander cone is in 8” or 10”, separating the solids in 47-76μm from the drilling fluids. According to the treatment capacity, customers can choose the suitable desander cone quantity.

Second, the body material use Q235B from BAOSTEEL, and the spring use high strength compound rubber material to reduce shock. Third, the motor use Italy OLI or American Martin according to customer’s requirement. Fourth, the electrical control system is explosion-proof. Fifth, the hydracyclone cone is made of wearing-resist polyurethane and can be exchanged with the famous brand Derrick’s. Finally, Brightway’s desander is treated through grinding, abrasting, eposive zinc rich primer, intermediate painting with epoxy micaceous iron, and finishing painting with polyurethane. So Brighway’s desander is very convenient and durable.
