3. Make sure the bolt fixed the shaker deck and base.
4. Belt tensioner moderate to not slip and do not produce severe beating appropriate. While shutdown, should always check the tightness of the belt, timely adjustment.
5. Pulley and shaft vibration motor is generally cast iron, they are connected with the shaft sleeve and keys. While handling, please do not banging with heavy to ovoid crushing.
6. In the tripping process, the shaker has stopped, the slurry for a long time and because there is no circulation, the viscosity often up to 100 seconds or more, then should the drilling fluid into the tank through the valve opening sieve, and while closing the inlet end of the plug shaker board, to prevent the high-viscosity fluids flowing paste mesh sieve surface will die.
