Mud Cleaner is the second phase or the third phase in the drilling solids control system, which is the combinationof desander, desilter and underneath shale shaker. In the process of working, the fluid is first pumped into the underneath shale shaker, which deals with the solidsbigger than 76um. The fluid out from the shale shaker will be stored in the mud tank and then be pumped into the desander cyclones to do the second processing, during which the solids 47-76um will be cleared. Same to the shale shaker, the fluids out from the desander cyclone will be stored in the other mud tank and then be pumed into the desilter cyclones, which will clears the solids 15-47um. The fluid out from the desilter will be sent to another process or put into use at once.
